Yes. Unlike many other companies we do not charge for our samples, we want your day to be perfect as well as your stationery, so you get to see the superb levels quality and service you can you expect when ordering with We Do Invitations. We want you to be confident in the products you are ordering and if you have any questions or queries, before or after you have received your products, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We Do Invitations offers free samples so that you can touch, feel and even smell our products in the comfort of your own home! For free samples please make a request via our samples page. In order to keep our prices down we do not have a showroom however follow us on Twitter and/or Facebook for the latest news on wedding fairs we may be attending.
Yes. We have a number of suggested wording templates but you are welcome to provide us with the wording of your choice, providing it fits onto your stationery. Please enter your wording in the “Our Own Words” box provided on the online order form. There is no additional charge for this.
We Do Invitations can re-produce all stationery designs in the colours that suit you and your wedding. The colours & combinations that you see the online stationery is the We Do Invitations recommendation. If you would like a colour not shown please contact us in relation to your requirements and we will process your request, we will then send you an electronic proof of the design of your choice in the colour of your choice.
There is a £20 flat fee for this bespoke colour customisation service. If you would like to use this service then please contact us via phone or email and we will call you to process your bespoke order.
We Do Invitations can re-produce all stationery designs in an alternative font of your choice. If you would like a font not shown please contact us to discuss the font style you would like to see the stationery, we will then send you an electronic proof of the design of your choice in the font style of your choice. There is a £20 flat fee for this bespoke text customisation option. If you would like to use this service then please contact us via phone or email and we will call you to process your bespoke order.
Our designers like nothing more than getting their teeth into a bit of creative hocus pocus so feel free to contact us to see what they can stir up to make your stationery magic! Our bespoke design service is quoted for on a case by case basis depending on the individual requirements
We Do Invitations does not impose a minimum order value or quantity.
No. We understand that the quantities and details for your reception stationery depend on the response from your wedding invitations so feel free to order these when these details are available. Please be aware however that we need to have received all details for your reception stationery at least 3 weeks before your wedding.
Yes. Envelopes and inserts for any stationery that requires them, are included in the price.
All stationery can be ordered online at www.wedoinvitations.co.uk. In most cases all options can be selected on our website and processed when you order. There are however some items of stationery where information will be collected from you via email once we have received your order. This includes details for information cards, table plans and placecards.

Due to the personal nature of our stationery payment should be made in full at the time of order.
We take online payments and accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Switch, Solo, Delta, Paypal Mastercard and Paypal.
We can also take payment by card over the phone.
We use Paypal as our online payment partner as they offer one of the most secure payment platforms in the world. You do NOT need to have a paypal account in order make payment. The entire financial transaction is handled by Paypal and We Do Invitations does not handle your payment details.
Once an online/telephone order has been received an electronic proof will be sent to you within 7 days. On receipt of your proof approval, your finished stationery will be delivered within 14 days.
Note: These timings may change due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will always keep you updated on your order. If you require a shorter delivery time, do let us know and we will try our best to meet your deadline.
Standard delivery (normally 1-2 days) within the UK will be charged at £9.99.
Your order will be beautifully and securely packaged in a hard sided box.
We Do Invitations uses couriers for all paid orders within the UK.
The parcel will need to be signed for so please ensure we have a delivery address where someone will be available to sign.
Orders are normally shipped within 14 days of customer proof approval.
International delivery will be quoted on a case by case basis in order to provide the best price for the destination and order size.
While we are happy to receive orders in multiple purchases over a period of time, delivery will be charged each time an individual order or portion of an order, if required, is shipped.

In order to give guests plenty of notice and ensure their availability it is not unusual to send out invitations 3-4 months in advance of your wedding date, especially if you are getting married during holiday periods. For those on a tighter schedule or those running behind you can be safe in the knowledge that traditionally invitations have been sent out 6-8 weeks in advance!
Yes. We will send you proofs of all your stationery items via email in the form of a pdf document for you to view. It is only once you have approved these that we will proceed with printing.
We recommend one invite for every household you intend to invite plus 5-10 extra to take into account any last minute changes to the guest list and not forgetting a few extras for posterity!
We always advise purchasing an extra 5 – 10 invitations to be on the safe side as there can often be last minute changes to your guest list. If you do, however, need to order additional invitations then with our no minimum order policy it has never been easier!
To encourage a prompt reply, we recommend you include an RSVP card for your guests. Our RVSP cards are designed to fit perfectly inside your invitation to give your guests no excuses for late replies! We can also provide information inserts as your guests may find it useful to know details such as, format of the day, dress code, local accommodation, maps, gift list details etc.
We suggest ordering one order of service card for each guest attending the ceremony, however one order of service for every two guests should be sufficient if you are on a tighter budget.
Due to the personalised nature of our stationery cancellations of an order will be subject to any costs incurred including administration. Once proofs are approved however a refund will no longer be possible.
