All stationery, artwork and designs are the copyright of We Do Invitations. They may not be copied or reproduced in any way without prior written permission from We Do Invitations. Any breach of copyright will be acted upon.
The We Do Invitations website is an online representation of our products. We would always recommend clients order a sample of the invitation required before making a decision. By ordering samples of our stationery, you agree that they are for your own personal use and will not be copied by you or any third party.
Payment should be made in full at the time of order. Funds must be cleared before we print your wedding stationery. Payment will be considered as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Prices may be changed without prior notice. Once a client has placed an order, the price is confirmed for that order. The price includes 1 set of amendments to the proofs if required, however there may be additional charges for further amendments. The prices shown are inclusive of UK taxes, where applicable.
Once an order has been received the client will be sent an electronic PDF of the final print copy for approval. The client is responsible for confirming by return email in a timely manner that all content is as required, including, but not limited to the layout, spelling and wording. We Do Invitations cannot be held responsible for any errors noticed after the proofs have been checked and client approval given.
Once the order has been received we aim to get proofs to you within 7 days. Once approved, your finished stationery will be delivered within 14 days. Unfortunately these timings may change due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will always keep you updated on your order. If you require a shorter delivery time, do let us know and we will try our best to meet your deadline.
We require a complete list of guest names for seating plans, and place-cards printed with guests names, NO LATER THAN 3 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING DATE. If names are supplied after this time, there is a chance that we will not be able to meet the deadline and on these occasions, We Do Invitations cannot be held responsible for stationery arriving later than required. If we do not receive your complete guest list at least 3 weeks before the date of your wedding, payment for goods arriving late will not be refunded.
We Do Invitations uses couriers for all paid orders within the UK. Standard delivery (normally 1-2 days) within the UK will be charged at £9.99.
The parcel will need to be signed for so please ensure we have a delivery address where someone will be available to sign.
International delivery will be quoted on a case by case in order to provide the best price for the destination and order size.
While we are happy to receive orders in multiple purchases over a period of time, delivery will be charged each time an individual order or portion of an order, if required, is shipped.
It is the client’s responsibility to obtain permission for hymns or poems to be used within the stationery.
Due to the personalised nature of our stationery cancellations of an order will be subject to any costs incurred including administration. Once proofs are approved however a refund will no longer be possible.
Faulty items must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the goods in order that the issue can be resolved.
Whilst we will always endeavour to get an exact colour match to samples or earlier print runs of your stationery, due to the bespoke nature of printing and ink batches, variations in colour may occur. Colour discrepancies will not be considered a fault and payment will not be refunded.
We Do Invitations cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage once an order has been despatched and signed for.
All of our stationery is printed to order, in some instances however, there may be a few over prints. To minimise waste and to ensure we can continue to offer fantastic value for money any over prints may be sent out as samples to other prospective clients. If you do not wish for them to be sent please let us know.
The Supplier's total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.
If you are a business customer the Supplier shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) which arise out of or in connection with this agreement.
We Do Invitations collects information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: name, address, phone number and email address. We do not collect your credit/debit card details. This is handled separately by our payment partner PayPal.
We Do Invitations will not share information about you with any other organisation or contact you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
